Hiring Residential Mental Health Victim Advocates for Survivor Teen Girls:
Weekend days full-time:
Sat & Sun 7am-7pm, Mon & Tues 130pm - 930pm Weekday second shift full-time (evenings):
Mon - Fri 12pm (noon) - 8pm Weekday part-time (mornings):

The Safe Home
Experience:
Our therapeutic campus is a nurturing space for recovery, offering continuous trauma-informed care, therapeutic activities, and unwavering support.
Each girl has her own bedroom and bathroom, and receives individualized trauma care.
Your Role as a Victim Advocate:
Your role is crucial in helping these girls rebuild self-worth, cope with their past, and set positive goals for the future by guiding them through six stages of progress.
We believe in holistic support; you'll work alongside professionals in healthcare, management, education, case management, and therapy to create an environment of healing.

Responsibilities:
Offer attentive care to participants by giving guidance, helping them refocus, calming situations, and supporting them in handling their emotions.
Assist participants at appointments and activities within the community to provide supervision and behavioral management.
Help participants engage in their service plans, safety plans, behavior plans, and response plans.
Assist to complete grocery shopping, meal planning, meal preparation, and house cleaning for participants.
Complete bed checks for participants during sleeping hours and/or safety checks during daytime hours.
Complete accurate and detailed documentation daily and perform administrative functions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
